Finding the silver lining,
Every cloud has a silver lining. Or so the saying goes. Finding the silver lining, or making silver linings is about finding positive good news in any situation. In this video we are talking about Coronavirus or Covid-19 and we look for the silver lining.
In some situations you can look for silver linings but not find any. This is when you have to create your own silver linings. I talk about how I have done this and how we can all do this in our current situation. I give you two specific things to do so that you will come out of social isolation or ‘safe cocooning’ better, not battered. Come out of this a better person than when you came in.
