Or what are your guilty pleasures? You may have more than one. Guilty pleasures. I don’t believe in guilty pleasures. Whatever you do that gives you pleasure increases your positive emotions and puts you on the upward spiral of positivity. Providing no-one is being harmed, including yourself guilt and pleasure do not go together. Small pleasures are important to your well-being so drop the guilt and enjoy moments of pleasure small and often.
