There are 24 strengths which we all possess to varying degrees. VIA character strengths gives us a common language to talk about what’s best about us.
What we mean by strengths are the natural positive capacities that make up your psychological being. Stop beating yourself up and start to use your character strengths. In this video I do a little strengths coaching and offer new ways to use your signature strengths.
