If ever there was time to be kind to yourself, it is right now. You are in the middle of a crisis dealing with all the emotions and difficulties that brings. Why be kind to yourself? – you have been dealing with world change and everything you thought you knew has changed, albeit temporarily. That can be stressful. If you are going to survive and thrive through it you need to be nice to yourself. Do whatever it takes to make you feel, calm, relaxed, better. Self acceptance is important, accept your feelings and forgive yourself. To deal with unusual times you need to use unusual methods and if that means spending a day watching Neftlix all day to calm you, so be it. And release guilt about it. You have my permission to be human
