We know that sitting too much is bad for you – I give brief explanations in this video why that is the case – just what the dangers of sitting much are. It is so simple to remedy, we just have to change our habits just a little bit. I work at my computer for most of the day and have invested in a Fitbit fitness tracker that does many things for me but most importantly reminds me to move. So now, even when I am at my computer, I don’t just sit there – I move!
