Even if you know nothing about art at all, you can use it to look at in a way that will help you to increase your happiness and well-being
THE LONELINESS EPIDEMIC (women over 50)
There is no shame in feeling lonely – even before lockdowns over nine million people in the UK expressed feelings of loneliness and a quarter of all people over the age of 50 also reported feeling lonely. In the U.S a survey revealed that three out of five Americans feel lonely.
SHOULD YOU BE TAKING A VITAMIN D SUPPLEMENT?
There is another world pandemic. Most of the world’s population is deficient in vitamin D. Given that you need vitamin d for immune system health – this is not good. More and more studies are showing that having sufficient levels of vitamin D can help prevent you from catching Coronavirus, ease your way through if you do get it AND lower your risk of death. Deficiency leads to aching muscles and bones, fatigue, heart disease and some forms of cancer. Yes, I believe you should be taking a vitamin D supplement
FEELING GRATEFUL
What follows is written remembering with respect and compassion for those who have suffered with Coronavirus and those who have lost love ones to it. I am feeling grateful that I have experienced none of that.
Dealing with change
We are all dealing with change at the moment. A new President for the US – A second covid lockdown in England and all of us trying to deal with the possibility of contracting Coronavirus. Change can be scary but there are things that you can do to ease your way through it.
