Do you have estranged children? Are you an estranged parent? Are you an estranged child?
However you are estranged – no matter the cause you are hurting. The mother daughter relationship is often difficult and sometime estrangement occurs. Of course It isn’t just mothers and daughter. Mothers and sons too. Any estranged family members is difficult to deal with but help is hand. Research is now being done into causes and how to help. Family estrangement is more common than you think and I want you to know that you are not alone. There is no shame and there is hope.
