Ruminating thoughts – part 3 of the Stinking thinking series
Do you ever find yourself worrying about the same thing over and over again? That’s ruminating – ruminating thoughts can quickly become obsessive thoughts and obsessive thinking can lead to illness including heart disease at worst and ruin your happiness at best. We need to stop overthinking. Easier said than done, I know. In this video we look at ways to catch yourself when you are engaging in particular kindS of ‘Stinking thinking’ that I call THINGING. Then we look at what to do about it. I include exercises to help especially with worrying thoughts that keep you awake at night. We all overthink things at times. Now it’s time to stop.
