Pressing pause meaning – stop doing something for a short time before doing it again. During the pause phase take time to reflect on what you have stopped and take time to think about whether you actually want to be doing this thing at all or maybe how you can do it differently or better. Taking a step back like this helps you to see more clearly. Then when you re-connect or start doing whatever you paused from again you will be far more effective at it and it will be more enjoyable to you. This is personal growth. Pause, reflect, reconnect and come back stronger.
