Do you feel ready for a new year new you? I think we all feel new year time for change. The fact is New year’s resolutions don’t work. The statistics show that and how. But at this time of year we do want change. In this video i talk about how to make changes – small, incremental changes that will help you to become the best possible you. I advise that you don’t make new year’s resolutions. New year’s resolutions have almost become a quaint tradition that we all feel we need to do. When we fail at out New year’s resolutions we berate ourselves which means start the New year in a negative way. Change and personal growth is a lifelong commitment and neither happen on a whim because we feel we should – well forget new year’s resolutions I talk about what to do instead for longterm positive change.
