New Omicron variant.
I caught the new Omicron variant BA.5 This new strain of the Omicron variant of Covid 19 is the most contagious yet. Most of us will get it but we may not all get all the Omicron BA.5 symptoms. It seems to affect different people in different ways. If you have been vaccinated or if you have had Omicron before you can still get the new Omicron BA.5 variant but your illness will not be as severe and you are less likely to be hospitalized. That being said – suffering from any of the Omicron BA.5 symptoms is not pleasant. In this video I include some of the things I did to help ease the symptoms. My hope is that they will help you too.
