Just checking in to see how you are. How are you? I talk a little about my mission on the channel. The mission of Happy stuff and fluff is to provide a safe haven – a place where you can come to increase your happiness, well-being and resilience. Not to ignore the negative but to build on the positive – so that you can show up in the world the way you want to and to help you more easily navigate the world and its issues.
