Healthy New Year! Word for 2019
HEALTH is my word for 2019. In this video I give a quick update on my Christmas and the holidays and talk about some of the gifts I received and also the most well received gifts given. This year has seen me researching exercise and nutrition. Two subjects I have always been interested in but since my daughter became ill with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma, my research has been around cancer and how we can help ourselves to avoid some cancers through changing our lifestyles. Much of the information has also been put into practice to help Charlotte get through chemotherapy treatment and help to ease some of the dreadful side effects. So, my word for 2019 is Health. I hope you are ready to come along with my and lets make it a healthy happy year for all of us.
