The New Year has just begun and you have probably had the pleasure of your offspring home from university or college but now it is time for them to return. How are you feeling?
You can be proud that your son or daughter has taken the first step to becoming a fully independent adult. You have done an amazing job as a parent! But, that doesn’t make dealing with an empty nest any easier.
