Sometimes, no matter who you are or what training you have – negative emotions can become overwhelming. It has happened to me, even though I have training to understand and deal with my emotions. We have to allow ourselves permission to be human. In this video I offer a quick and simple exercise to overcome overwhelm. Controling negative emotions can be difficult. When we try to suppress negative emotions they can keep popping up at the most inappropriate times and can ruin your life.
