By David A Sinclair. and the other is, The moment of lift: How empowering women changes the world by Melinda Gates. I have raved about the Lifespan book since I first read it. It is all about Sinclair’s longevity research and successful aging. Which is so appropriate for us on Happy stuff and fluff. Melinda Gates’ book is about empowering women, how to empower women to change the world. Again given that we will soon be celebrating International women’s day 2020 I thought it also to be an appropriate gift.
