We all know that it is important for us to feel gratitude and express gratitude. We can think gratitude thoughts but what if we done actually feel that gratitude. Gratitude is an emotional feeling and it needs to be genuine if we are to gain the benefits from it. In this video we do a short meditation to help you physically feel the emotion of gratitude. With practice this meditation will help you to evoke the actual feeling whenever you need to and will help you to build your gratitude muscle making it a bigger part of your life and helping to increase your happiness levels.
