March 20th is world happiness day. International world happiness day is tomorrow. It is usually a day of celebration and happiness activities. Because of the Corona virus outbreak or Corona virus disease large gatherings will not take place. Happiness day is more important than ever. The theme of international happiness day this year is, better together. We may not be able to get together but we can be together – whether by face time, email, texting or zoom. We need to contact and connect with everyone we know and deliver just a little happiness. We need more positivity and spreading happiness will also increase our wellbeing and help us to deal more effectively with the adversity around us
