We are in total lockdown in the UK for at least three weeks. Other countries are also experiencing corona virus lockdown. These are worrying times. If we are to grow through it we need to be calm but strong and positive. This means taking care of your mental health at home. Staying indoors for so long is a challenge. Creating a daily routine will help. Gratitude practice, meditation, and exercise are all important. Reduces social media or using social media wisely is important.
